Green Ways Therapy and Green Ways Wellbeing CIC was founded by Esther from a belief that nature is not something separate from us, or simply a place we visit or use as a resource, but something we belong to. We are woven into the same cycles, seasons and living systems that surround us. The trees, plants, soil, animals and changing rhythms of the earth are not just scenery; they are part of the wider web of life that unifies.
Esther is a BACP-registered counsellor, ecotherapist, Permaculture Design Certificate graduate, yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner. She creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their senses and rediscover their relationship with themselves, others and the natural world.
Her work weaves together therapeutic practice, mindfulness, Permaculture ethos, creative expression, seasonal awareness, guided walks, knowledge of local flora and fauna and practical outdoor experiences. Through gathering around the fire, meaningful conversations, working with natural materials, movements, exploring the elements and spending slow time in the woodland, a deeper relationship of interconnectivity can emerge which reminds us we are nature.
