Our Mission

Our mission is to improve wellbeing in the communities of BCP, The New Forest and Hampshire by helping adults reconnect with themselves, each other and the natural world.

Through thoughtfully facilitated experiential and nature-based activities, woodland wellbeing groups, guided walks/pilgrimages, sharing fire circles, mindfulness practice, practical outdoor skills and community, we create relational, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, build resilience, reduce stress, nurture belonging and rediscover their authentic selves.

Our Values

Connection

We believe wellbeing grows through connection with ourselves, others and the more-than-human world.

Belonging

Everyone deserves to feel welcomed, valued and part of a community.

Curiosity

We encourage exploration, creativity and lifelong learning through nature.

Growth

Growth is a natural part of life. People have space to explore, build resilience and grow at their own pace, inspired by the wisdom and rhythms of the natural world.

Respect

We care for people, wildlife, the land with kindness and responsibility.

Presence

We value slowing down, paying attention to ourselves, each other, the present moment and our Earth.

Compassion

We value spaces where people feel seen, heard and accepted with kindness, empathy and understanding.
