I would love to hear from you and welcome you to the woods!
The Wild Self is a welcoming woodland group space to slow down, reconnect and remember our deeper, wilder, authentic selves that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.
The Wild Self group brings together nature connection, mindfulness, creativity, gentle facilitated conversations and fosters community and belonging.
Through seasonally focused gatherings, shared food, a fire circle, movement, bushcraft skills, guided mindfulness/meditation, reflection and time simply being outdoors together, we create a soulful and freeing space together to step away from the noise and reconnect with our natural selves, each other and the Earth.
Come as you are, no experience is needed at all
